Delivery Areas
- We ship alcohol to all Australian states and territories where legally permitted.
- Please note that restrictions may apply to certain regions due to local liquor laws.
Age Verification
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Barlei.
- Upon delivery, the recipient must provide valid photo identification to verify their age. The courier will not deliver to minors, and failure to produce ID may result in the order being returned.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are flat rate $10 around Australia.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and dispatched, including tracking information.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Packaging
All orders are securely packaged to prevent breakage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
Restricted Delivery Areas
We do not deliver alcohol to dry zones or regions where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. If an order is placed for a restricted area, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
